Our Aims and Objectives

At all times, the highest priority is given to the quality of care and services offered to our service users. Bank House, Fernleaf and Bluebell Lodge pride themselves on their dynamic team of staff who constantly strive to raise the quality of care for service users. All three homes benefit from an accredited training centre for all levels of care and management training which is under the leadership of the owner Kris Sooriah.

The owners have an open approach to care are always on hand to support service users, their families, friends and staff. Their hands-on approach is valued by services users and families who can be assured that their loved ones are in good and caring hands.

The principal objective of the homes is to create and maintain an environment where service users can feel utmost comfort whilst their needs are met individually and sensitively. Management and staff are committed to ensuring resident focused care at all times and are always on hand to provide professional support to enable service users retain dignity, independence and freedom.

Social events and regular activities are an inherent part of life at Bank House, Fernleaf and Bluebell Lodge. Likewise, the care ethos across all three homes are based on the views, values of service users, their families, friends or representatives.

Visits to the homes are welcomed. Come along and talk to our staff and service users and their families. We hope to be able to help you with your queries or concerns. We also facilitate trial periods and respite care in all three homes.
